Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients who cancel last minute more than twice may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
